I removed the card, put the card of my other player, no problem there. Put back the "faulty" card, same problem. Switched cards again a couple of times, and all of the sudden, no problem anymore ?! All data was still on the card.You'd think the problem is solved, but no, switch again, and again the same message pops up on the display.Does anybody have a clue

And how to solve it ??Thanks for sheddin' the light... !SpinThis!Pioneer FanaticRegistered: 16 May 1999Posts: 1445 posted 26 February 2002 06:45 PM IP definately an issue with one of the card readers or the media. u try copying the media onto a fresh, blank card? or format the card and see if the problem continues? it's crazy, but a lot of times no two pieces of equipment will read a card the same way. if this really starts to bug you, i'd have the "faulty" CDJ's card reader looked at or cleaned. flaky equipment has got to be the worst to deal with... cause the odds are, it will work great when the repairman gets his hands on it and he'll say it's OK. then when you get it home, bam... the problem continues. So I ended up switching the one card that was ok between the two players; I'll need to reformat and copy the info from the good card over. Just wish that I could do this on a PC instead of sitting 15-20 mins next to a player
