To enable compressed (gzip'd) content: If you're not using Perl 5.9.4 or later, then install the IO::Compress::Gzip Perl module. It is automatically installed by running "./nph-proxy.cgi install-modules". $RUNNING_ON_SSL_SERVER [''] Set this if the script is running on an SSL server (i.e. accessed with an "https://" URL).
