Error 20001 Error will be displayed. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enable Auto Login cisco webex in DocuShare 2. From the DocuShare Windows Client select double click Map Server 3. Enter the DocuShare server URL 4. Click the Advanced button. 5. cisco webex error Under the DocuShare Login heading remove the checkmark from the Authenticate based on NTLM credentials. 6. Click the OK button. 7. Follow the wizard to complete the Server mapping. 8. Once mapped, right click the Server map and select Log Off 9.
