I even recreated the virtual server and STA connections but still getting this

Telnet to each XENApp server from shell on TCP port 1494. The other is a Presentation Server 4.5.We're receiving intermittent errors as shown in the subject line. I've reduced the STAs in the NS & WI to be just one in the new farm, by IP and not DNS name.Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. The NS can telnet to port 1494 for all XA./PS servers. The STA's are all upper case. The certificate chain is completely trusted. Session Profile has the ICA proxy set to ON. If you are using the trial or free one, it has a low limit to ICA connections. Remember there can be 4 licenses for NetScaler depending on the services you use.
