Brown And Sharpe Cmm Troubleshooting
this trips the error again I'm on PCDMIS 2011 - I've written and run the program a few times already, no problems. it does manual iterative (repeat always) then inspection, but I've tried to automate the process by including a repeated DCC iterative as the fixture has a repeatable location. It seems that adding the DCC bit is killing it. I need to get it sorted as I have a lot of programs to write and they're all going to be auto. brown and sharpe cmm manual Jogbox is a TU04, which I believe is like the TU01. I've not been getting on well with it. The probe button is pressed and the arm moves ok manually, it just errors when I run the program with the DCC alignment. I've never used this set up before and I can't seem to find anything on the forum. Please can anyone help me? And also if anyone has a list of error messages that I can refer to? (I'm posting from home as I have no internet at work, so please forgive my late responses) Tags: level 2 : emergency #43, please reset emergency, scirocco, tu04 ADAM WALLACE PC-DMIS demi-Guru Join Date: Jun 2009 Posts: 1378 #2 06-19-2013, 02:43 PM I don't use that controller but have you made sure the emergency stop button isn't pressed on the controller sigpicSTANDING CORRECTED IS THE ONLY WAY I STAND Comment Post Cancel ADAM WALLACE PC-DMIS demi-Guru Join Date: Jun 2009 Posts: 1378 #3 06-19-2013, 02:44 PM If is is happening right when you open pcdmis even before the machine start that is porbably what it is I would think sigpicSTANDING CORRECTED IS THE ONLY WAY I STAND Comment Post Cancel John Riggins PC-DMIS Guru Join Date: Mar 2006 Posts: 2999 #4 06-19-2013, 03:58 PM We have an old DEA machine also. I think Error #43 is one of those "can't get there from here" errors. In other words, the program is trying to
