I didn't drop it. I didn't root it. I didn't tinker -- nothing. Just one day it stops. Fine, probably a factory reset needed. But first, I need some very important data off my SDcard. So I download drivers for my phone using the following link- https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/prod_answer_detail/a_id/94931/p/30,6720,8696/reg/935707 Granted the phone is still unable to bootup the OS (would be helpful if it could) - it IS recognized by Windows. The device immediately appears when plugging in the USB cable. Good news so far. The bad news is, the driver does not work (error code 10). Pictures say a lot, so I have an image attached to show the error. Anyway, how can I get my phone to be recognized? I need access to that SDcard
