Windows Cannot Load The Device Driver For This Hardware Code 38 Windows 10
and im havin to use the frustrating on screen key board. im getting tjis error code: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. Right click My Computer>properties>hardware>device manager.
