Code 541 Fitbit Ineligible For Account

Flag Post ‎10-26-2014 16:15 I am unable to set up my son's Flex. After I input the personal information and go to the next screen I get an error message stating I am ineligible to set up an account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, rebooted the computer, and tried on another device. Any ideas? I installed mine without any effort at all.Thanks in advance for any advice.
