When I select save, I give the file a name, select save, but it returns an error. Is it something I'm doing wrong? < > Showing 1-1 of 1 comments Lepu78 View Profile View Posts Jul 28, 2013 @ 5:53am Same issue here. I'm running Steam + CC3 on my Laptop on Windows XP SP3. The game was installed in Steam's default directory C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam Apps\commonI don't seem to find any logs that would help me have further details on the saving error. Does anybody have an advice? Last edited by Lepu78; Jul 28, 2013 @ 5:54am #1 < > Showing 1-1 of 1 comments Per page: 15

I run as a non-administrative user and I am currently getting an error when trying to save my game. I'd like to know where the save games are located so that I can adjust permissions as required. thanks in advance. drizzt81, Apr 5, https://hardforum.com/threads/where-does-cnc3-store-its-save-games.1176689/ 2007 drizzt81, Apr 5, 2007 #1 Apr 5, 2007 #2 k1pp3r [H]ardness Supreme Messages: 7,070 Joined: Jun 16, 2004 I'm not positive, but i think C&C stores them in the My docs\my games\(game name) of the user that ran the game. k1pp3r, Apr 5, 2007 k1pp3r, Apr 5, 2007 #2 Apr 5, 2007 #3 Sanitarium [H]ard|Gawd Messages: 1,071 Joined: Feb 3, 2004 In Vista click your user name in the start menu then open the Saved Games folder. Apparently, it does not work well together with folder redirection. Hmm Filemon tells me that CnC3 does something in the install directory. It creates a subtree beneath ``RetailEXE'' that begins with my Domainname and then eventually goes down to something line: Code:
