DirectX 11.2 is included in Windows 8.1, Windows RT and Windows Server 2012 R2. Note There is no standalone update package for DirectX 11.2. You can only install this DirectX version through Windows Update in Windows 8.1, Windows RT and Windows Server 2012 R2.From the EA help site. Our team is aware of a Direct X 8.1 error affecting Command & Conquer Generals and Command & Conquer Zero Hour.To work your way around this issue, proceed to follow the steps below: 1.Locate your C&C Generals or C&C Zero-Hour folder in your Program Files. 2.Locate the file dbghelp.dll 3.Delete the file. 4.Attempt to start Generals again. Some people have reported that the game folder contains 2 copys of the dbghelp.dll file. deleteing both then running the game fixed the problem. -------------------- My PicartoMy D.AMy FAFA CnCROTR Discord Server^^ Seal eats pandora ^^ Sanguivorant View Member Profile 6 Jun 2015, 16:41 Post #3 Group: Members Posts: 143 Joined: 28 May 2015 Member No.: 11489 I tried that.
