I tried following Microsoft's advice: Method 1: Download the latest version of the add-in for Adobe Acrobat 5.0...but I have Acrobat 9.0 and I downloaded an update for that and it still gave me the error.Method 2: Move the files (pdfmaker.dot and pdfmaker.xla)....but I don't have either of these files on my system.It also says it could have to do with Norton Antivirus but I don't have that either.Anyone have any advice for me? I re-ran the search and got back no results for pdfmaker.dot but I did get back results for pdfmaker.xla...there were a couple of those in mydocuments, 4 html looking files in my computer and one in what looks like my documents too. I tried moving the my computer ones but it said it cannot copy the files. I didn't figure there was any sense in trying to mov
