Blog How To Fix Outlook Connectivity Problems Many people have to connect to the Outlook Exchange Server to access their work emails. Occasionally Outlook has problems connecting to the server. Solution: Check with your account administrator to see what version of Exchange Server is managing your account. Solution: Check your Microsoft Exchange server connection. On the Tools menu, click Accounts. Look at the Exchange account in the left pane.
