Windows Could Not Start The Pervasive Psql Workgroup Engine On Local Computer
computers on Peer-to Peer. Peachtree Coplete 2007 runs fine on main computer (where database is stored). Second computer cannot open Peachtree. Error message "Peachtree is unable to connect to its database, Pervasive, on computer [XXXX]. Make sure the computer is logged in or that the database service is running. Also make sure the firewall is set to allow Peachtree and Pervasive to run…"The help suggests that article id 10903 this is either a drive mapped to the wrong location or to an IP address instead of a drive letter, or it is a firewall problem. I am mapped correctly and I am behind the same Windows firewall which allows first computer to run. The error does not go away when you turn firewall off on one or both computers. I uninstalled and reinstalled Peachtree on both machines to no avail.Does anybody know how I fix this?
