Development to make the application operable on Vista. It updates the PDF converter and its driver. But, you may be frustrated that you can not produce pdf or use the email function. Here are the solutions (Finally!) SOLUTION: 1. First make sure that you have the latest ADOBE version 2. Second, go to the control panel and open up the printer section (labeled printers and faxes in classic view) 3. Right click on the pdf printer ( in this case it is "I&E Printer") and click properties 4. On the ADVANCED tab you will see a drop down menu for the drivers. Make sure that it is selected to AMYUNI DOCUMENT CONVERTER 2.51 5. On the ADVANCED tab make sure the you uncheck the SPOOL button and check the 'Priint directly to the printer' button 6. On the PORTS tab (this is the most important one and gave me the relief I needed!) Either select the already created LOCAL PORT named 'NUL:' and hit apply. If this port does not exist click create new port, select LOCAL PORT and name it 'NUL:' This will enable you to create PDF and use email. Discussion in 'Windows Vista Help and Support' started by imported_Brandon, Jun 27, 2009. imported_Brandon New MemberJoined:Jun 27, 2009Messages:6Likes Received:0 I'm https://windowsforum.com/threads/compatibility-issues.13981/ trying to run Instaform Invoice and Estimates Pro v2.0. When I go to email an invoice(or anything within the program), I get an error message that says "could not configure PDF driver Error Code:-8". It worked in XP and I have checked the compatibility....apparently it is 32 bit but I was under the impression that you could change the the way the current OS "sees" it under "properties".....? I am now running Vista x64. Is this a DRIVER or OS issue and how do I resolve it? Thanks, Brandon #1 imported_Brandon, Jun 27, 2009 village idiot New MemberJoined:Jun 19, 2009Messages:174Likes Received:4 So let me get this right? Your OS Vista 64 bit, yet the program is for 32 bit, if that's the case I'd think you might be having issues there? #2 village idiot, Jun 27, 2009 imported_Brandon New MemberJoined:Jun 27, 2009Messages:6Likes Received:0 Well, yes, I understand the obvious. However, it is my understanding that most of the p

It seems it was a printer driver configuration error, as the driver is working correctly on my Win-7 x64 system. Their steps to fix this are below; • Close Invoice2go and then re-install the PDF printer drivers for Invoice2go. To do this make sure you are logged into your computer as an Administrator and then go to the following folder on your computer; C:\Program Files (x86)\Invoice2go v4.0\ Then run the program “install.exe” – This will reinstall the Invoice2go PDF drivers. • This will create a new printer in your Printers folder named Invoice2go PDF convertor 400.
