Could Not Load File or Assembly 'System.Drawing,Version 4.0.0.0, Culture=natural…' error while converting from .net 4.0 to .net 3.5 up vote 2 down vote favorite I am new to windows desktop application development. I have created an application using visual - studio 2010 in which I have used one form for data entry. One form with report viewer control and a report(.rdlc) file which report is drawn. That might not fix the problem, some resources are binary serialized and

And in fact, just the other day, I ran into a problem getting my own samples to work. It turns out to be a problem with the way windows treats the sample that could not you down load. Specifically, because you downloaded the sample from the internet, windows treats the sample as “untrusted” content. When you unzip untrusted content you get a directory full of untrusted content.
