I ran the the quick and advanced tests and the drive passed. Now I'm wondering what it could be? Pbman, Jun 4, 2009 #3 deandude1196 Joined: Feb 16, 2009 Messages: 346 You forgot to say whether the drive is enabled or not. Enabled? What other options do you get in your BIOS? Other than Hitachi. Maybe Hitachi's not the hard drive. deandude1196, Jun 4, 2009 #4 Pbman Thread Starter Joined: Sep 5, 2001 Messages: 507 I may have found an issue and solved I stopped the load up screen right before you get into the bios setting. I noticed that my IDE drive was listed as the prirmary. When I installed this drive, just for storage only, I set it as cable select and used the master (black) plug. Just now I unplugged the d
