Could Not Start Openvr.tool.steamvr_room_setup. Error Was Vrapplicationerror_unknownapplication
» Sat Jan 02, 2010 12:48 am I downloaded the latest version (.0.3.1) and it installed successfully on my win7x64. When i tried vr application error unknown application to start (run as admin and not), got error "could not start the application, please reinstall." I tried to uninstall and reboot and reinstall and still same error. yawcam 0.3.0 worked fine anyone encountering the same problem? Top

(Also running win7x64) Which java version are you running? The 32bit or the 64 bit? Please open a command prompt: click the windows start button type "cmd" in the search field click on cmd.exe in the result list Now type error was vr application error "java -version" and press enter. What does the output say? Also type "echo %path%" and press enter. Does the output say anything about java? Could you also check the file size of your Yawcam.exe file?
