Mainboard: Z87 Memory: 4GB Soundcard: 7.1 PCI-E PSU: 800W Cpuz error. - 07-13-2011, 07:24 | posts: 2,414 | Location: Pune, India Hi guys, Im using cpuz for quiet some time but recently i have been noticing that cpuz fails to start for the second time and thereon. When i log on to windows and start cpuz for the first time, it starts but after that it gives me error. I recieve the following error, The error code 0x102 (258) occured during initialization. Do you want to display the error log file? However, a different part of document is now giving errors. My document uses the program library, and I get this bad character error code in a style file that belongs to it. If I get rid cpuid error code of the tikz and etex libraries (and comment out my tikz figure code), the document compiles fine.
