Sign out of Netflix Open the Netflix app. Locate the Settings https://help.netflix.com/en/node/42083 option in the top right. Select Sign Out from the Settings menu. When prompted with the confirmation option, select Sign Out again. Uninstall the Netflix app From the Start menu, select All Apps. Right click on the Netflix app. A popup will appear. Select Uninstall. Select Uninstall again. Reinstall the Netflix app From the Start menu, select Store. Select Search from currently disabled the upper right corner of the screen. Type Netflix in the search box and press Enter. Select Netflix from the results. Select Install. Once installation is complete, launch the app and try Netflix again.
