It is very likely that the application pool crashed and locked down. You may start from analyzing event logs/IIS logs/HTTP error logs. Unless you speak Japanesse. A possible Fix. Backup your MetaData file Right click on your Computer Name in IIS Choose [All tasks] Choose [Backup/Restore] Configuration Create a Restore. Now. Uninstall IIS And Reboot Reinstall IIS This should hopefully fix your issue. As mentioned, There is no information available online for your error. So.
