We have noticed a possible issue arising from transfers between US/EU servers, though information http://www.forumtopics.com/busobj/viewtopic.php?t=21034&view=previous is a bit low, this early. We would ask that you try to transfer, and let us know if you still receive the error or if the transfer is successful, and just post up the results in this thread. Would you kindly? Note: This is ONLY for players who received the database error message, and does not affect those who received the item box error message. http://bbs.co.99.com/showthread.php?t=738239 Also, should you fail the first time, please try at least 2 more times, and let us know the results. __________________ sar c a s m I hate it when it drips like that.... Although this approach proved useful in assembling clones, it faces difficulties in genomic shotgun assembly. We abandon the classical “overlap–layout–consensus” approach in favor of a new euler algorithm that, for the first time, resolves the 20-year-old “repeat problem” in fragment assembly. Our main result is the reduction of the fragment assembly to a variation of the classical Eulerian path problem that allows one to generate accurate solutions of large-scale sequencing problems. euler, in contrast to the celera assembler, does not mask such repeats but uses them inst
