I have a 2k8r2 server clean install with SQL Express 2012 and RMS 2.0. These are all clean installs. The database was imported from an Express 2008 server that is ready to be retired. When I test the database connection from SOA Configuration, it's fine. But when I try to connect to it, I get the error: "Error 55555, severity 16, state 1 was raised, but no message with that error number was found in sys.messages. If error is larger than 50000, make sure the user-defined message is added using sp_addmessage." The event log just shows the same message. Since this is a clean machine not yet in production I can wipe and re-install as needed, but I'm VERY curious as to what the cause is. What is that error code signifying?
