A few days ago I downloaded fs scenery enhancer and installed it to check it out before buying. I liked it, and bought it. During the demo I thought that maybe it was acting a little strange with not displaying anything at the demo airports. I had read around the forums that usually a reinstall would do the trick. So, I reinstalled. Now when I click on the desktop icon, or on FS2002.exe in the FS2002 folder, it loads the splash screen, then I hear a bell tone, and the screen goes black with an hour glass in the middle of the screen. The computer is completely frozen at this point, so I turn the computer off. Before turning off it shows my deskto

Thread Tools Search this Thread Display Modes 2003-09-30, 01:57 AM [Ignore Me] #1 Pladrago Private Unable to play - CTD on world load, DDHelp error I just finished downloading the 7 day trial last night and Im unable to play. I can create a character fine, but when the world loads about half way through or when it gets to the end, planetside CTD's and I either get no error or a "ddhelp has caused an error in ". My crash log for planetside says: "Unhandled exception EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 0x006DCB74". I tried reinstalling planetside, didnt fix. Ive tried 3 different vid card drivers, none fixed the problem. Ive formatted and reinstalled windows, didnt fix the problem. The email I sent to tech support was replied to with what is probably an automatic response, as it told me to use the latest drivers for my vid card, which I was already doing. My system is: Pentium 4 @ 1.3ghz 256mb Ram GeForce4 Ti 4400 128mb SBLive 5.1 DirectX 9.0b WinME Everything is up to date. There are no extra bac
