White box errors / Launcher Doesn't Open / Launcher Doesn't Update Game / Launcher Crashing Run as admin Open My Computer ---> C:/Dekaron Rising/ Right click "RisingLauncher" or "RisingLauncher.exe" , go to properties, and click "Run as Administrator" ....if that doesn't work... try disabling your antivirus and firewall -- or add C:/Dekaron Rising/RisingLauncher.exe and C:/Dekaron Rising/bin/dkrising.exe to EXCEPTIONS LIST Disable antivirus or firewall Disable Windows firewall Disable any antivirus program you may have running or temporarily disable it (AVAST, Norton, McAfee, or whatever others) ....if that doesn't work... try installing .net framework 4.0 Download .net framework 4.0 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17851 Open, follow instructions and install, then run launcher again. ....if that doesn't work... try changing launcher compatibility mode Open My Computer ---> C:/Dekaron Rising/ Right click "RisingLauncher" or "RisingLauncher.exe" , click properties, then tick "Run this program in compatibility mode for..." and try different ones until one works. ....if that doesn't work... try adding launcher to DEP settings Google "how to add DEP exceptions for WIndows __
