I have these bb 9520 that says `device error 365` and I have the firmware and the letest bb device manager but if I want to update it system cannot detect it and if I use Apploader it will see it but can disconnect whenever I put the battery during when it says `wait for device initialization`. Before you start resolving the issue, I kindly recommend you to backup all data so you won't loose any of your information. Backup: Connect your Blackberry to your PC via USB cable Open RIM’s Desktop Manager.
