Can't connect to Internet, and wireless router.... By fenix3265 · 9 years ago I have 2 computers, dhcp error one desktop that's hardwired to a linksys wireless router and a laptop that access it wirelesslyLately my computer hasn't been able to connect to the router, but my laptop has been working just fine (internet and can access the router)So I assigned a static IP to my desktop and it now can now ping the router and my laptop, but I still have no internet in my desktop.I read somewhere that if this happens I might have a problem with the DHCP dhcp error message server....
