If you have an alternate source to connect online with, like a hotspot, I would try that just to see if it works. If it does then there is something wrong with your internet connection. This site doesn't lead anywhere. I was wondering what the support error messages cause of this is becuase I don't think i've done any thing wrong to be banned or anything and my friends can play. I've found out it takes 5 mins - 48 hours for it to stop happening and its been 7 days. I NEED TO PLAY! ------------------- quote quick quote AdvertisementNeoseeker^Sponsored Links Log in or register to remove this advertisement joeja69 Playin Diablo II LOD at the momember: postin' posse total posts: 527since: Dec 2004 Feb 9, 05 at 2:18am ^ re: Battlenet Errormessages only thing i can think of is have you made sure you are connected before you start lod ? -------------------credit doggfather sign here quote quick quote ArchMageRocK Back In Blackdangerous total posts: 198since: Feb 2004 Feb 9, 05 at 2:27am ^ re: Battlenet Errormessages yep on aim and on this website at same time so my internet is workin lol. I reset my password, but when I enter the password I remember, it says that I can't use the same password with existing password. Then I change password to a different password anyway. I tried to login again and the authenticator keeps giving the wrong number. So I can't login to the battle net and then I can't ask support because only those who login can submit ticket. In short, trying to login to my account gives error message authenticator code is wrong. Trying to login to Diablo 3 gives error message wrong password. battle.net share|improve this question edited Sep 22 '12 at 11:46 user27134 asked Sep 21 '12 at 18:03 Jim Thio 1,44673050 Mobile Authenticator? Close the app and re-open it. I had that happen to me. –Frank Sep 21 '12 at 18:05 Thanks everyone. All I need to do is to "sync" that mobile authenticator and everything back to normal. –Jim Thio Sep 22 '12 at 14:28 Blizzard's support stinks. And this page getting 55k views shows that blizzard really need to improve its support system. –Pacerier Sep 25 at 20:03 add a comment| 2 Answers 2 active oldest votes up vote 5 down vote View their contact page here You can call them at this number according to this site. I wonder why the site even bothers putting them on separate lines. –Frank Sep 21 '12 at 18:15 I wondered the same thing. They might as well just put it like my post, and remove the "United States / Canada" lines, and just keep it North America. –leety Sep 21 '12 at 18:20 @leety updated to show that –Halfwarr Sep 21 '12 at 18:24 @Halfwarr I didn't mean you, I meant Bnet / Blizzard. :p –leety Sep 21 '12 at 18:24 1 @leety I am Blizzard...er..
