If you are already using the lastest version, reinstall it. You should uninstall the current version before, in case parts of it are corrupt and they are not replaced or removed be the update. http://www.diabloii.net/forums/threads/error-25-a-critical-error-has-occured-when-initialising-direct-3d-please-help-me.454770/ But be warned: Exchanging drivers might lead to complications, so if you are unsure about what to do, get help from an expert who is present at your computer. Don't blame me if it gets worse :wink3: krischan, May 4, 2006 #2 Armor_Biff IncGamers Member Joined: Jun 22, 2003 Messages: 804 Likes Received: 0 Trophy Points: 120 Did you run the video test ? If yes, did it suggest using Direct 3D and test passed ?
