Diablo 2 Plugy Memory Check Failed
slimatic slimatic View User Profile View Posts Send Message Faithful Join Date: 8/7/2011 Posts: diablo 2 plugy checking library memory check failed 21 Member Details Ok so I just got back into Diablo recently and found out about PlugY, I had never plugy diablo 2 directory not found played single player and wanted the challenge of /players 8. Things have been great, but I was playing windowed mode and the small resolution was bugging me. So I came across the High Res http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/370600-diablo-ii-lord-of-destruction/49596294 Mod and was trying to install it, but I was having trouble editing and saving the .ini file for some reason. I got frustrated and moved the PlugY.exe file out of the Mod PlugY folder into the root Diablo2 folder, that didn't work, so I moved it back. Problem is my character is now reset to level 1 with no items. First how do I get my character http://www.diablofans.com/forums/diablo-iii-misc-forums/diablo-legacy-forums/diablo-ii/72697-help-plugy-emergency back? Second, anyone know what i'm doing wrong to get high res mod working? PlugY supports 1.13c. Quote from slimatic Problem is my character is now reset to level 1 with no items. That seems highly unlikely, what's more likely is that PlugY has somehow started to look inside the wrong save folder and has found another character you've made with the same name. Make sure the PlugY.ini file points to the same location where your original character is saved. Quote from slimatic Second, anyone know what i'm doing wrong to get high res mod working? 2 from runningMedian XL Forums::Median XL & Ultimative::Median XL Newbie HelpPage 1 of 1•Share• "Unrecoverable internal error 6f8e88ba" prevents Diablo 2 from runningbygolloth on Sat Nov 29, 2014 8:26 pmHi folks,I'm out of ideas here on how to fix this problem. I think I've tried everything. When I go to open Diablo 2 (through PlugY or not through PlugY, and with Median XL or not with Median XL installed) this error crashes the game before it even really starts. It's version 1.13C. I can run LoD pre 1.13C, and LoD 1.13D works. Of course I want to use 1.13C so that Median XL will run... therefore Blizzard won't help because their solution is to upgrade to 1.13D. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium and AMD Radeon HD 7570 graphics card.Things I've tried, all resulting in the same error:-Using the D2VidTst.exe to select 2D option-Running with Glide3-to-OpenGL-Right click Diablo II folder > Properties > Security tab > gave Full Control to all users-Right click Diablo II shortcut and .exe > Compatibility > chose Run in compatibility mode for XP sp3, Run in 256 colors, Disable desktop composition, Run as admin-Running D2 off of Blizzard's downloaded no-CD version of the game (then backdating to 1.13C), running D2 off of a CD, running D2 off of images created via Daemon Tools Lite.-Prior to running patch, I reinstalled D2/LoD and then replaced all files in Diablo II directory with my friend's v1.13C files to try and simulate the patchI think the problem starts when I upgraded to 1.13 C. Each time I try, that particular update deletes Game.exe in my Diablo II folder then complains when it's missing. Even though I replace it with a backup copy, I'm afraid that Game.exe being deleted is a symptom of the update not running properly. Maybe if there is a way to manually update D2 to 1.13C? Any other ideas... please help!gollothFallen OnePosts : 2Country : Re: "Unrecoverable internal error 6f8e88ba" prevents Diablo 2 from runningbyClariska on Sun Nov 30, 2014 7:32 amDid you try to use D2SE it fixed one problem for me i couldn't get on realm and with D2SE when you install it it got all the core files of all the p
