Contact your system administrator The fix has always been to remove the use of Cached Exchange Mode in Outlook, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what the underlying issue of this is. Do the issue happen on all users or some users? 2. The problematic user’s mailbox is on Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2003? 3. If you don’t use cache mode, does the issue disappear? 4. Could you please capture a screenshot when the issue occurs and paste the link here? Meanwhile, please check the event log on the Exchange server to see if there is any related error, please also run Exchange best practices analyzer for a health check.
