I mount the ISO as virtual media in iLO, boot up with "...standard installer" and eventually receive the boot failed error. I don't get as far as the yellow installer. My machine is a HP DL360 G6. I have 4 internal SAS disks.Does anyone know what could be causing this, any https://communities.vmware.com/thread/405912?tstart=0 recommendations? Thanks,Christian 8552Views Tags: none (add) driveContent tagged with drive, isolinuxContent tagged with isolinux, 42b4Content tagged with 42b4, 9fContent tagged with 9f This content has been marked as final. Can you mount the ISO to another server or your local machine to check that its intact? What's your ilo network conectivity like? If it's mounted over a slow connection then you may get that kind of issue. Thanks Like Show 0 Likes (0) Actions 2. Not even getting to a boot prompt. First time, it was saying: 'Press any key to try again'. - gives same results. I've been Googling the above. It seems that there are some incompatibilities that others have reported with Isolinux? I'm wondering if others here have seen the problem here? I know about the checksum error thing. I've done other installs from CD's without a problem. Thought a DVD would be a better install medium.
