This tutorial will look into the "Windows- No Disk" Error that probably causes by virus or windows error, this will cause a Win95 like Message Title " Windows - No Disk " that cannot be closed only way to temp close this is to quickly click on close button. (And it will come back in less than 5 mins.) But in this tutorial will be permanent fix.
