I ran several AnitVirus and Malware programs like AVG, Alast!, and SUPERantimalware. The only program to detect anything was the SUPERamw (its called something like that I honestly don't rememeber), so I fixed the issues and the computer got no better. I tried running MalwareBytes several times but before every scan finished I would get a BSOD and have to restart. I also ran a program called ComboFix and it installed, ran, and finished successfully but my PC ended up getting worse and worse now finally when I boot up it goes to the Acer screen where I have F2 options and F12 options. After that, It goes to a Windows Boot Manager screen telling me Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer. It says it is caused by

Windows 7: Disk I/O error on boot 15 Sep 2012 #1 Spazz86 Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit 5 posts Disk I/O error on boot For some time i was having an issue with my pc when I'd restart or Reboot it would do the Compaq screen the go to a black screen with a flashing | and I'd disk i have to use CTRL+ALT+DEL then hit ESC on the Compaq screen to enter boot menu and manually select my Hard Drive. One day I was uninstalling unused programs on my pc to free up memory and one of them was Windows Essentials after I was done uninstalling all I wanted gone I rebooted and the problem did not persist. Now I do not claim that Windows Essentials was the cause but I just barely reinstalled it to get Windows Movie disk i o Maker back and I had to reboot after installation and now I get Disk I/O error Please reinsert the disk and try again, or something like that, and have to do the boot menu trick again. And yes when I first had the issue I checked and in BIOS Settings my Hard Drive is the first in boot order and when I hit ESC to get the manual boot menu it's at the top. So what can I do to resolve this issue? Is it Windows Essentials causing these errors?
