I uninstalled and reinstalled office and it worked for a while, but not it is giving the error again. need help on this or CEO is gonna have my butt... Nothing on the system has changed, it seems like an error in word, if i set outlook to not use word as the email editor it will work temporarily then stop working again. I've created "some" distribution lists and begin struggling when using any of the lists. Create a new email and add just one of the distribution lists in the TO field. Click the plus sign next to it and expand all of the names on the list. Look for one or more names that do not underline themselves. That one will be the culprit in the distribution list. Close that email window, open the distribution list and remove the culprit. Save the list. Now, try a new email with that list and see if it goes through. How To... » Create and Use a Distribution List in Outlook Information Technologies Info Share Create and Use a Distribution List in Outlook A distribution list is a group of contacts that are related in some way (i.e., office staff, 4-H agents, etc.). You can create a distribution list that includes these contacts. Then you can send your message to the distribution list. You can use distribution lists in messages, task requests, meeting requests, and other distribution lists. Contents Distribution lists are stored by default in your Contacts folder. If you are using a College of Ag Science's Microsoft Exchange account, the Global Address List can contain global distribution lists, which are available to everyone who uses that network. The personal distribution lists that you create in your Contacts folder are available only to you, but you can share them by copying and sending them to others. You can also update these lists as necessary. This How To will give you steps on how to create a personal distribution list, how to use it, and how to update it.
