ryan117 Member Registered: 2013-02-05 Posts: 14 [SOLVED] Stuck at verifying dmi pool data after install Hi,I downloaded the latest installation iso and burned it to a cd and set my computer to boot from cd rom. I then followed the beginners installation guide on the wiki and installed arch. However when I rebooted, my computer gets stuck at verifying dmi pool data when trying to boot. I have tried booting from the hard drive with the new arch installation, from the arch cd I used for the installation, a windows 7 install cd and an ubuntu live usb stick, but everything gives me verifying dmi pool data.Any suggestions on how to fix this? But when I plug the hard drive back in again it starts hanging at verifying dmi pool data again ... Strange that this stopped me booting from cd and usb though ...
