My guess is that the domain you are sending to does not have their DNS records set up properly for email. Use this tool with the domain in question and look for errors in the MX section: http://www.intodns.com/ Bill n5bb View Public Profile Find More Posts by n5bb 10 May 2014, 05:34 PM #5 janusz The "e" in e-mail Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: EU Posts: 4,246 Quote: Originally Posted by princy But if I sent mail via outlook they are receiving my mails. Solved Exchange Server 2007 Bouncing Emails back to Gmail Posted on 2013-08-14 Exchange Google Apps 1 Verified Solution 8 Comments 1,495 Views Last Modified: 2014-11-12 Been trying to figure out what is wrong with people using gmail unable to send my exchange server emails. This has been going on for sometime now. I contacted Godaddy and they confirmed my mx records are ok. They told me to use google webmaster tools to verify my domain which I did and then created a TEXT record on my DNS setup on Godaddy. Contacted Godaddy again and they confirmed my text record was good. Before I created the text record I was getting this error when sending gmail to my domain Technical details of temporary failure: DNS Error: DNS server returned general failure After the text record was added I am now getting this error Technical details of permanent failure: Message rejected. See http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?answer=69585 for more information. The email is now bouncing back immediately.
