He can connect to the sites via sitename in Google Chrome though so I don't think it is a Windows DNS issue, I think it is an IE DNS issue. Any thoughts? I have tried these command lines: netsh winsock reset catalog netsh int ip reset reset.log ipconfig /flushdns I have cleared all of his temp files I have run a Kaspersky and Malwarebytes scan in Safe Mode and did not find any infections I have changed his Security settings to "Medium" and have allowed Access Across Domains His Windows Firewall is OFF I can ping all of the sites and nslookup returns results.
