If I see that message I just disable Wi-Fi until I need it again.tt2 Helpful (0) Reply options Link to this post by Gerald Edgar, Gerald Edgar Sep 20, 2010 2:56 PM in response to turingtest2 Level 3 (776 points) Mac OS X Sep 20, 2010 2:56 PM in response to turingtest2 Use the SMTP server of your internet provider when sending email by wifi connected to them. Turn the primary server on and fill with username and password under Outgoing Mail Server." And ADDED one step - I Turned OFF the Use SSL. I am using a webmail account and nothing else made it work, so I thought "what if I turn this off?"… voila! I have no idea what SSL is or does, but apparently I don't need it to send e-mail from my webmail account. Reply Karen says: August 10, 2015 at 8:0
