to HC database table TblMailboxes verify that the disabled mailbox entry exists and GUID entry is not showing NULL. If disabled Mailbox showing NULL GUID then use below command to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2998097 get To get GUID for disconnected Mailbox use following command in EMS get-mailboxDatabase | get-mailboxStatistics |where {$_.DisconnectDate -ne $null} |fl *GUID*,DisplayName,Legacy* This command will list all the disconnected mailbox and you can find the require one to get its GUID. Now try to enable user, If it still throws the same error then open Active directory and go to the domain OU http://portal.hostingcontroller.com/kb/a224/enabling-a-disabled-mailbox-throwing-error-72300220-mailbox-user-does-not-exist-.aspx and find the user.It should display user name like user@domain.com if it is not then rename it and set user@domain.com. Note: By default Exchange Server holds disconnected mailbox for 30 days. After the expiry of this period the mail box cannot be reinstated through HC panel. But he still gets a 0x8004011b error when he hits send/receive and get a ID 27 in his event log.. OAB failed to download... i dont know how to use message tracking... You can attempt to correct by having it rebuild. Close Outlook, delete the OAB files (typically in Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook) and restart Outlook in cache mode. When you deactivate cache mode, it forces Outlook to read the GAL directly. Message Tracking is in the Exchange System Manager under the Tools section.
