(for AOL users) If this problem might happened because of AOL.com mail issue use the following steps. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> server does not allow relaying ipad 2 select your AOL.com account -> SMTP from the Account Info Page -> SMTP from the SMPT Page.
