I've been testing on a different project for the last few weeks with no problems. Then suddenly, I started getting this error: Exception in thread "main" net.sf.ehcache.CacheException: Error configuring from file:/C://ehcache.xml. Initial cause was Error configuring from input stream. Initial cause was null:295: Element does not allow attribute "maxElementsOnDisk". at net.sf.ehcache.config.ConfigurationFactory.parseConfiguration(ConfigurationFactory.java:95) at net.sf.ehcache.config.ConfigurationFactory.parseConfiguration(ConfigurationFactory.java:131) at net.sf.ehcache.CacheManager.parseConfiguration(CacheManager.java:241) at net.sf.ehcache.CacheManager.init(CacheManager.java:190) at net.sf.ehcache.CacheManager.(CacheManager.java:183) at net.sf.ehcache.CacheManager.create(CacheManager.java:343) at net.sf.ehcache.CacheManager.getInstance(CacheManager.java:364) I am completely perplexed by why the "maxElementsOnDisk" started giving me issues now. Didn't before.... Any thoughts? Did something change? we are using maven to get the jars and currently using 1.7.0 of Ehcache-core. Thanks in advance for any feedback as to what caused this error. 11/09/2009 18:37:23 Subject: Re:Element does not allow attribute "maxElementsOnDisk" amiller ophanim Joined: 08/29/2007 09:05:48 Messages: 722 Location: St. Louis, MO Offline Please post your ehcache.xml...
