When i converted it to VS 2k8 these parser error message the file aspx cs does not exist errors started to crop up, there was also other issues with compiling that i managed to sort out ( Seemed to be released to VS 2k8 wanted design files ) Error message gotten: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Source File: /Site.Master Line: 1 Taking the error at face value I guess the code behind file cannot be found and was possibly not part of the deployment package. I uploaded the deployment package created in VS 2010 to a blob container and deployed the Web Role from there... no indications of a problem during the staging process were given. I've also tried deploying directly from within VS 2010, with the same result. One oddity (which may be a clue) is that when I try to remote desktop into an instance using the connect feature in the portal, I cannot as the login credentials are supposedly wrong. Any ideas? Is it possible that not all the solution files are making it into the deployment package?
