to access with a web browser I get the following message: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [no address given]

and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. All Replies Posted by DELL-Jeff M on 3 Feb 2009 18:44 Thanks for posting! I suggest starting by flashing the firmware on the DRAC, preferrably using the racadm command. If you download the hard drive file update for the DRAC 5, the Installation Instructions will tell you how to run the command. Bear in mind that you should probably run racadm locally, so you will need to have OMSA installed on the server. I was able to get the card working by shutting down the server, and keeping it powered off for a few minutes. For good measure I pulled both power supplies out and disconnected their powercords. I just noticed that there was a firmware upgrade from 1.4 to 1.45. After downloading the firmware I tried to access the DRAC only to find it down again.
