Acrobat X latest update is 10.1.10. Take a look at http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows https://answers.acrobatusers.com/I-print-pdf-Acrobat-Pro-I-error-message-pages-selected-print-drawing-error-q176802.aspx Have you tried to enable the "Print As Iamge" option? In the Print dialog box there is an Advanced button (at the top on Windows, at a lower position on Mac) where you can enable this option and change the resolution: You can also try, if using Windows, to disable protected mode temporarily: choose Edit -> Preferences and click Security (Enhanced) on the left. Choose Protected Mode as Off and Uncheck "Enable Enhanced Security". Close Acrobat, restart it, and try to print the document again. Almir R V Santos Edit Answer (for another 12 minutes) First let me state that this is my solution on a Macintosh running 10.7.5 and Acrobat Pro X (with all the latest updates). This problem started for me just this last weekend. I have been to every so-called solution that I could find via a Google search and NONE of these "solutions" even by the self-tagged "experts" work. I created a pdf by scanning a piece of sheet music on my Canon scanner. Opened it in Inkscape. Added (i.e. pasted) two drawing error images which I copied from MS Paint. Saved the result as a pdf (using all default options). But when I open the saved file Adobe says a drawing error has occurred. Even if I open the scanned image and make no changes and save the file as a 1.4 version file I get the same error. I know nothing about pdf architecture (or Inkscape). Would one, a drawing error or some combination, of the pdf saving options (e.g.. "Convert texts to paths") help? I absolutely need a pdf file saved as my goal is to use the resulting pdf file in an iPad app which requies pdf files. Thanks much for any assistance anyone is willing to provide.Bob Top brynn Posts: 8707 Joined: Wed Sep 26, 2007 4:34 pm Location: western USA Contact: Contact brynn Website Re: Adobe says "A drawing error occurred" Quote Postby brynn » Sun Jul 12, 2015 6:08 am Which Adobe product is giving you this error message? (On windows and especially 64 bit version there is a known bug.) Test the pdf if inkscape can re-open it, without an error. If the pdf itsel

I am going to do some more research on this, as I am getting this error too. Basically reading on the net when you upgrade to CS3, or another creative suit it can corrupt your preference files. This can lead to fonts been unreadable, which we have in this case.
