"Everyone who has a "real" Adobe (not just Reader), runs into an issue of Adobe is taking control over the .des and pdf functionalities.Edit your template and use QB to make the box.And don't Print with Adobe Acrobat, because it is overriding the pdf specs being sent by QB. For instance, "real" Adobe people that mentioned everything on Reports is coming out landscape or left-aligned (QB would Center), it always seems to be a "real" Adobe user and it is in the Adobe settings, not QB settings.
