I just recently purched a 2007 GMC Sierra MAX from a reputable used car lot out of LA. Everything about this truck has been great except for one problem i have found (besides the 6.0 ) I went to pop my First CD into the CD player and after 30 sec of it trying to read it, the screen then said "Disc Error" so i figured ok a burnt disc maybe i messed up burning it. SO I then went and grabbed a normal un burned true legit CD and popped it ASSUMING it would work but again after 30 sec i saw a "Optical Error" message. I then tried one last time with a different original copy legit CD (heart beating nervously) and failed again seeing a "Disc Error" message. So now I don't know what to do. my truck came from the factory with a DVD player/CD player(two different drives), and my DVD Drive is doing all the work right now luckily. Any one have this same problem?? I'm I SOL??. what should i do?? I REFUSE to get a aftermarket unit b/c i love the stock one. Thanks in advance.
