I am located in Australia so my home region is 4 however I have managed to backup region 1 dvd's successfully for months. To give you some examples Charlie Angels Full Throttle and Finding Nemo work fine but Terminator 3 and A Man Apart give me the error:- "Error occurred reading sectors!Date: 1/0" I have a Sony External burner DRX500ULX. My software is DVDXCOPY Xpress or Gold. I have recently downloaded Platinum (as I have a full license) and it does the same thing. Is this likely to be a region thing? I have heard that sometimes your burner can lock and stop reading different regions. I guess the thing is it reads some and not others. I have read mentions of a patch but I can't find it on the dvdxcopy site even though I have a valid user id and password. Thanks in advance.
