I'm not sure what you mean by 3.3U, but my menu is not updated to the 3.4 menu (the newest one that I got a notification about). I used the above mentioned Wii Shop and IOS51 installer but I'm unsure what to do next, as the DVDx installer still gives me the stub error. What do you think I should do next? Also, thank you for informing me with your signature about the Nintendo Channel, I deleted it right away and turned off WiiConnect24 once I read somewhere that Nintendo could download updates onto your Wii without you knowing it. I'll be trying to play a DL dvdx installer DVD using MplayerWii, but from the looks of it this will not work due to DVDx not being up to par with it; was it hard/impossible to get done, or did you skip it due to fear of piracy or something? You guys are making hacks to get around Nintendo's DRM only to put your own in. You should know how that always turns out. Legitimate users suffer, pirates find a workaround, etc. Nintendo has a place on their website to report piracy. The community would be much better off if we just used that to report piracy sites, told pirates to GTFO when they come around here, and otherwise ignored them. I realize Nintendo is doin

What am i doing wrong? stirgo1212, Jan 3, 2010 #1 ArmsCorp New Member I used too have this problem when I softmodded I suggest reinstalling your cios, or installing it if you havent already Some tutorials give you incorrect info for the modding process, as there are multiple ways But there will definitely be a few parts that you have to patch before you can install DVDX and get it running Sidenote: Make sure the method you used is correct for your current firmware version. 4.1U does not support homebrew and can cause problems for you. Before you can have anything running smoothly you have to completely downgrade your firmware (which is normally a good fix for these problems) ArmsCorp, Jan 3, 2010 #2 (You must log in or sign up to reply here.)
