Different employees are getting bounceback messages when trying to email customers and clients they were able to email 2 days ago. We are also able to recieve email from these companies. We are running exhange 2003 with sp2. I have checked the publicly listed black lists on dnsstuff.com and we have passed all. Does anyone have an idea where i should start? My research is pulling up nothing and we have made no changes to our mail server or firewall settings. Spammers gain access to email accounts a couple different ways, but the most commonly by compromising a weak password. Other potential attacks come in the form of viruses or spyware on the victim's computer. To get your email working again, you will need to do a couple things: Change your email password. Choose a password that is more secure (Contains both upper and lower case letters, as well as numbers, if you can use punctuation in your password, that's even better). To change your password, you will need to either log into WebMail at www.sasktel.net or call into Tech Support and get the password reset there. Run a full virus scan on your computer. If the password was compromised by a virus or spyware, you need to eliminate the possibility of future attacks. Contact SaskTel Tech Support to have your email address unblocked. This process can take up to 48 hours depending on how many unblock requests are waiting. Once these steps are complete, make sure to update your email program (Outlook, Windows Mail, etc) with your new password, and clea
