If the problem persists, please contact support. (S7123)"From what I can find, it is only doing it when trying to sync my hotmail accounts. I synced a gmail account and it doesn't appear to have any problems. I called tech support, they had me do everything, update my profile, etc. but nothing has worked. I even deleted all my mail accounts on the Lotus Elite and re-setup all of them. Is there another reason I could be getting this error? It just started happening in the recent week or so and is annoyi
E-mail Known issues and problems FIX: Verify the device has signal strength. Verify the device can get a GPRS data attach. Turn the device off then on (or with a PDA, turn the radio off then on). Attempt to synchronize Xpress Mail again. If problems persist, check the browser settings on the device.NOTE: If the device is WI-FI enabled, turn off the WI-FI connection If the emails are https://community.sprint.com/baw/message/240068 going into the web inbox successfully, and the calendar events are appearing, check all the messages / events that have come in since that last time that the device was able to connect: If any messages or events display errors while loading, delete them. Disconnect Xpress Mail desktop client and restart. Check the e-mail account that you are using with Xpress Mail, either Personal (Yahoo, Aol, etc...) or Work (MS Outlook, Lotus Notes) and verify you are receiving e-mail properly from the e-mail provider or corporate server. Uninstall Xpress mail from: From the PC, using Windows Add/Remove programs From the device Reinstall the Xpress Mail Application to the desktop and device. From Windows Explorer go to C:\ProgramFiles\XpressMail\ProfessionalEdition and rename "syncroot" directory to "syncroot.old" If still receiving error, contact Customer Care for further assistance. get the following error when attempting to sync with PCS Business Connection PE: Error s7123: A server operation caused an error. If the problem persists, contact support. I've tried resetting my Treo 600 as well as restarting the BC server, but to no avail. I am able to see my e-mail on the BC web site however; just not able to retrieve the e-mail from my BC client.
